My name is Jillian Ratton. I was born and raised in Memphis, got married, and moved to Nashville shortly before the start of the pandemic. Then I got pregnant. I was already away from my village and suddenly more socially isolated. Being in the trenches of motherhood with a new baby was the greatest, most challenging, most sacrificial, rewarding, hardest and best thing I have ever done. But I firmly believe that we were not made to do it alone! Through my birth and postpartum experience, I decided that I wanted to follow my passion and help be part of the village for others.

The birth of a baby is also the birth of a parent. As a DONA certified birth and postpartum doula, I want to come alongside families to support and empower them as they transition to this new stage of life.

In my free time, I love traveling, spending time with my two boys, and cuddling up with my great dane, Molly.
